Portraits may take 3-4 weeks or longer to complete from the time I receive your photos depending on how many subjects are in portrait, etc.. Also, whether it's near a Holiday season. Portraits require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front with order. Prior to starting Portrait, I will contact you with any questions I may have regarding the photos you submitted and any notes you may have sent with the phots or questions you posed with them. When Portrait is finished, I will scan (Or photograph) & email a copy of the finished Portrait to you for your Approval. If you are satisfied, you may pay final 50% balance with your Visa or Master Card via PAYPAL (I do NOT take Credit cards directly but you may use your credit cards thru Paypal easily!) or mail a Money order or Check. At that point, I will mail Portrait Insured (Always!) via Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). If, for some reason, you are not happy, I try to rectify any problem, within reason, and if you were still not pleased, you would not have to pay the final 50% left on your portrait & I keep portrait. However, the first 50% nonrefundable deposit is just that. It pays for my time up to that point. I may say though, this has never happened. I do strive to make everyone happy.
