Portraits may take anywhere from 3-6 weeks for completion depending on schedule and number of subjects in Portrait and details and size, etc. A lot goes into your portrait. These are NOT quickly drawn sketches. These are highly detailed, fine art drawings and many, many hours of labor goes into their creation. They truly are a Labor of Love for me. They are my passion and they are something I HAVE to do. Like breathing... They are making memories for someone else and isn't that what it's really all about?
*There may be an extra charge for detailed fabrics (for instance detailed lacey Collars) Designs in Knits, insignias, or patches on uniforms, etc on clothing in photos. that will require extra time or special situations.
* Portraits are drawn on medium heavy Acid Free Bristol paper to last for many generations. Each portrait comes with its' own CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY Hand Signed By Artist. Unframed. They are shipped to you via Priority mail (FLAT) in a clear Plastic Acid free sleeve to protect them from moisture til you are ready to frame them. Delivery time once shipped is usually 3-4 days.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front with your order. Balance to be paid upon completion & your approval of finished portrait which will be photographed & emailed to you for your approval. If you are not pleased, I keep portrait & you do not pay for balance. I will be contacting you after I receive your photos with any questions I may have regarding your photos before beginning your portrait. Please do not send rare photos! It is better to have them copied at a local copy center and send me a color copy! The photos you do send will be returned with your order. Facial photos must be clear with no shadows and at least 2-1/2" across, or at least the size of an egg across, showing me the eyes (especially the eyes & "twinkle") and teeth, if seen in photo, very clearly.
