5" x 7" of Home under 3,000 sq. ft........$125.00. Over 3,000 sq. ft priced according to size. Prices are also subject to detail work on home (i.e. lots of Victorian millwork requires additional time, therefore, price would fluctuate)

8" x 10" Pen & Ink of Home (Suitable for Gift Giving Size) $225.00

Commercial Properties or Projects priced per project.

Postage & shipping of drawings are included in price. All drawings are shipped flat Priority Mail and your photos will be returned with

your order.
